Hello from Madison By The Sea,
Fall is one of our favorite times at the house. The evenings cool off, the beach days stay warm, and Crescent Beach is still just a 4 minute walk from the front door. Here is what is happening at the house and around St. Augustine this season.
Room for the Whole Group
The house sleeps up to 8, with two queen bedrooms, a bunk room for the kids and a bonus room with a sofa sleeper that doubles as a place to spread out. Two full baths keep mornings moving, and the open kitchen and dining area means everyone eats together.
Everything Is Already Here
Beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys wait in the backyard shed, and the washer and dryer mean you can pack light. Fast Wi-Fi and a workspace cover the days work follows you. The fenced backyard has cornhole for the kids, and small dogs are welcome with approval.
Nights of Lights Starts November 21
Downtown St. Augustine glows with three million white lights from November 21, 2026 through January 18, 2027, and seeing them is free. The house is about 18 minutes up the island, so you can spend the evening downtown and come home to a quiet street by the beach.
