Are dogs really welcome?
Yes, small dogs are welcome with approval. Before you book, each pet is approved by iTrip, our property manager, so have the number of dogs, their weight and breed ready. A pet fee applies once approved. The fully fenced backyard and outdoor shower make beach days with your dog easy.
How far is the beach?
A 4-minute walk. The house sits literally across the street from Crescent Beach on Anastasia Island; Butler Beach is a 9-minute walk the other way.
Where does everyone sleep?
The house sleeps up to 9: a queen bed and smart TV in the primary bedroom, a second queen bedroom with its own smart TV, a bunk room with a twin XL over a queen, and a full size sofa sleeper in the bonus room. Two full baths.
How does check-in work?
Keyless self check-in with a smart lock. We send your code before arrival; no front desk, no waiting.
Is there parking?
Yes: a garage plus a wide driveway. Beach gear, chairs, and an umbrella are already waiting in the garage.

How close is historic St. Augustine?
About 18 minutes up the island by car: the Castillo, St. George Street, and the Night of Lights in season. The St. Augustine Lighthouse sits right here on Anastasia Island, on the way into town.
Can I work from the house?
Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make remote days easy; smart TVs throughout for after hours.
