Yes, you can bring your dog to Madison By The Sea. Small dogs are welcome with approval, the backyard is fully fenced, and St. Johns County beaches allow dogs on a leash, so your dog can join you for the whole week.
Each pet is approved by iTrip, our local property manager, before the booking is final. Have the number of dogs, their weight and breed ready, and a pet fee applies once approved.
St. Johns County asks that dogs stay leashed at all times on the beach, including in the water. Waste bags are available at most beach walkovers, so you can pick up as you go.

Madison By The Sea sleeps up to 8 across five beds, with two queen bedrooms, a bunk room, a bonus room with a sofa sleeper and two full baths. Every room has its own purpose, so two families or three generations can share one beach house and still have space of their own.
There are two queen bedrooms, each with its own smart TV, so one couple can turn in early while the other stays up for a show. Nobody ends up on a couch in the living room.
The bunk room has a twin XL over a queen, which fits two or three kids in one room. Keeping the kids together means the adults get the queen rooms and a quieter night.
The bonus room is a separate hang out space with a full size sofa sleeper. During the day it gives the group a second place to spread out, and at night it sleeps the extra guests.
